RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generally, this person is someone with some outdoor work experience. One who is willing to work and the interest to complete a job as directed. An interest in the culture and needs of living plant material is a definite asset for this job. One must have the ability to rapidly pick up new skills and retain them.

Specific Qualifications:

1. Ability to work outside under a variety of weather conditions throughout the season and which will enable to do relatively heavy physically labor throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

9. Professional interaction when making a delivery.

10. Execute our delivery program in the most efficient manner possible. That is to be prompt, choose effective routes, and deliver merchandise undamaged.

We are looking for a hands on person to fill this very diverse position. A Jack-of-all-trades to aid in construction projects, repairs, maintenance, and daily tasks at all locations.

Agricultural / Greenhouse Worker-

Part-time hours, seasonal full time also available. A fast-paced position working along with a crew leader and owners. Reliable and responsible, outgoing and friendly attitude with a good work ethic required. Key objectives includes: plant production, plant maintenance, watering, filling pots, rotating crops, spacing, loading, harvesting, and field work. Must be in generally good physical condition. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility shared between our growing facility and two retail locations. Lateral duties include the cleanliness of greenhouses, retail and growing areas, and maintaining a safe work environment.
