As August turns to September, the days grow shorter, and the kids go back to school, our thoughts move from bathing suits and beach blankets to backpacks and cool autumn breezes. While many of us resist the first signs of fall, thinking it's just a short time to the cold winter that lies ahead, autumn is a time to embrace the spirit of New England. No where else is there such wonderful displays of autumn than in our region. The natural fall foliage is just the beginning - New Englanders don their fall decorations better than any others.
